In my research I develop mathematical and computational models to investigate tissue-level processes in health and disease.
Specific research topics related to Nanoscience and Nanotechnology:
Our focus is on understanding the principles that govern cell-cell communication in maintaining tissue homeostasis, as well as how this balance is disrupted in pathologies like fibrosis and cancer. By integrating theoretical models with experimental data, we aim to identify molecular therapeutic targets for treating these diseases. Collaborating with experimental research groups at the Hebrew University allows us to test and validate our modeling predictions for novel therapeutic strategies. Joining the nanoscience and nanotechnology community will further enhance our ability to achieve these goals
