The NEQST (NanoscalE Quantum Science & Technology) Innovation Building (rendering above by Y.Y. Granot Architects) will bring together experts in nano and quantum science and provide a state-of-the-art shared home for their laboratories and equipment. Researchers will continue to benefit from the support of a dedicated team providing first-rate scientific capabilities that enable pioneering research in nanoelectronics, nanophotonics and 3D printing of novel materials and devices. Co-locating the two Centers in a shared space will make possible new and unprecedented levels of innovation, by encouraging and enabling scientists from both fields to collaborate and leverage each other’s knowledge and expertise. The project will take approximately 5 years to complete from the start date, which is currently set for summer 2021.
