HUCNN grants 26 scholarships every year for outstanding students in the Master's program, and 17 scholarships to Phd students. These scholarships are granted by a selection committee who are looking for future academics and industry leaders.

Furthermore, once a year awards are granted to selected students who have shown scientific excellence in their research. The awards are open to center member groups and they are selected by the Committee of Scientific Excellence in Nano Science.
During the annual conference, outstanding posters and nano-art works are also awarded.
