Stratasys PolyJet J826

PolyJet technology is a powerful additive manufacturing method that produces smooth, very accurate prototypes, parts, and tooling. With 16-micron layer resolution and accuracy as high as 0.1 mm, it can produce thin walls and complex geometries using the widest range of materials. The J826 printer can print up to 7 different inks, facilitating color, multi-material, and multi-texture prints. It can, as an example, print rubber O-rings inside difficult-to-reach cavities, making O-ring replacement as simple as a push of a button.
PolyJet is based on inkjet printing, jetting drops of ink to create layers of UV curable liquid photopolymer onto a build tray. On the tray, the materials are cured to form objects with a wide range of controllable properties.
