A powder binding printing technology  (Binder-Jet) is based on building blocks which are powder particles (such as calcium sulfate), which are bound together at specific pixels by inkjet printing a binder ink on top of the powder, during a layer-by-layer process. The obtained structures are white, porous, and brittle. To fully harden the structure, it is dipped in epoxy or isocyanate glue.
