Dr. Sergei Remennik
Themis, Core facility scientist, Center for Nano Science and Nano technology, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
NanocenterTransmission electron microscopy (TEM) opens a window into the world of materials at the atomic scale. The talk will highlight the TEM instruments at the Hebrew University’s Nanocenter and explore key techniques like high-resolution imaging, diffraction, chemical analysis, and scanning modes. It will also touch on some exciting applications, including in-situ heating experiments, low-voltage imaging, and 3D electron diffraction (3DED).
