New Scanning Electron Microscopes Just Installed at the Center for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

In my talk, I present imaging and analytical capabilities of the two new high-resolution scanning electron microscopes (HR SEM) installed recently at the Unit for Nanocharacterization.  Based on the images of samples belonging to HUJI research community I will show which kind of data provide novel electron detectors and operation modes possessed by the new instruments. 

In addition to the imaging, I will present the new and the improved analytical capabilities acquired with the new instruments (Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS), Cathodoluminescence (CL), Electron Back Scattered Diffraction (EBSD), and Cryo SEM imaging).
